We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. You will manage the front of house and back of house with manager related tasks( Payroll, Scheduling, Customer Service, Front of house and back of house staff checklist, filing, data entry)
We are 4-year-old pizza restaurant with multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee guest services and resolve issues
Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
Manage kitchen and front of house personnel
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Generate various management reports
Food cost management
Master the POS systems various modules
Develop Payroll reports/budget, staff checklists and adherence

Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Computer skills
