MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
NAI TALCOR is seeking a reliable, experienced maintenance technician for commercial properties in Tallahassee, FL. Must self-motivated and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position.
Duties include light plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs, painting, scheduling and performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests and routine inspections and other maintenance and porter services as needed.
Qualifications include 3+ years commercial maintenance experience, general knowledge of building codes and laws, HVAC certification a plus.
Must have clean background and driving record, drug free, and be available to work some weekend and emergency on-call rotation.
Compensation: $21-$23/hour plus health insurance, retirement match and paid time off, plus annual bonus and wage increase.
Wage commensurate with experience.
