Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foremen to join our growing Civil site pipe crews. These roles focus on undergound utility projects, including water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer installations in locations such as Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, Liberty, Calhoun, and Wakulla, FL. Successful candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in their respective roles, a strong understanding of underground utility installation, trenching regulations, and pipeline safety, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Effectively lead, manage, maintain and motivate crews of about 5-6 individuals

Supervise the installation of new pipes in trench for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains

Successfully manage and schedule subcontractors

Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications

Plan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete the job

Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs

Job Site Hazard Recognition and Safety Compliance

Equipment Maintenance and Operation as needed.

Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.

Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and quality control measures.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Prior experience operating heavy equipment.

Knowledge of underground utility installation, excavation regulations, and pipeline safety.

Valid driver's license.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform other essential tasks of the role.

Strong punctuality and dependability

Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
