Responsible for the installation and finishing of trim work, moldings, doors, etc, ideally seeking an individual with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail who takes pride in creating beautiful, high-quality finishes for both residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
Install and finish baseboards, crown molding, doors and trim. Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to meet project specifications
Pay:
Base Trim: $1/ft
Crown: $1.50/ft.
Door setting/Trimout: $75/single $135/double (swing), $135/single $225/double (bi-fold), $50/slab (sliders or slab replacement)
Window Trimout: $50-$100/each depending on detail
Wood walls/Ceilings: $1.50/square-foot
Bonus if you can install nail-down flooring, $1.25-$1.50/square-foot. Some custom/quote situations may apply.
