We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Outreach Ambassador to join our team and represent our organization throughout the Big Bend, Tallahassee, and surrounding communities. Guardian Point Outreach is a mission driven organization dedicated to improving access to care and supporting individuals within our community. Our team works hands-on in the Tallahassee and Big Bend area to connect people with essential health services, build meaningful community relationships, and ensure that every individual receives compassionate support. We believe in professionalism, integrity, and making a positive impact every day; where care meets connection.
The ideal candidate is:
Community-minded and passionate about connecting with people
Organized, reliable, and self-driven
Articulate, friendly, and confident in engaging with the public
Responsibilities include:
Attending community events, local businesses, and outreach sites
Sharing program information and resources with individuals and groups
Building and maintaining community relationships
Supporting outreach initiatives and representing our mission with professionalism
Pick up and transport patients when needed, must be comfortable and willing to do so
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and follow-through
Reliable transportation
Prior outreach, customer service, or community engagement experience a plus
Comfortable transporting patients safely, with a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
