TITLE: Business Development Director
Florida-based Inc5000 company seeks growth-oriented Business Development Director looking for the next opportunity to scale.
We run the premiere mastermind for small apartment owners in the United States and we are expanding into select markets nationally to acquire small apartments with and for our clients.
We seek a strong business development leader to scale up this new activity, under the direction of the CEO. No real estate experience required.
Rather than being a real estate expert, you must be a people person, who is smart and able to establish relationships with new collaboration partners (brokers, property managers, insurers etc) which we pre-identify.
Plus, you need to easily relate to our clientele (Mom & Pop rental property owners). Some travel is required as we host client visits in our select markets to find properties they can purchase.
In addition, you will oversee our small acquisition team in buying small apartments for our portfolio.
Compensation: Base + performance bonuses + $10K sign-on bonus. Expect $10K+ monthly in first year. No cap on your compensation; we consider compensation limits un-American.
