Tasks and Responsibilities
Answering inbound calls from prospective patients
Faxing/scanning
Daily processing of correspondence and mail
Enter all information accurately into our computer system
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Type 30 words per minute
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform while on the phone for the entire day
Experience with heavy call volume preferred
Call center or related experience a plus
Assertive, outgoing personality
Ability to prioritize and multitask
