Description Robert Half has a new opening for an IT Project Manager with a client here in Tampa, FL (Westshore area).Position is full-time hours, kicks off in-office during ramp up period, then peels off to a Hybrid schedule. Insurance experience would be great, but definitely not needed."SummaryWe are offering an opportunity for an IT Project Manager in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage small projects and post-production releases, further extending your knowledge and skills in the insurance industry. You will be working in a dynamic environment where database management, communication, and customer service skills are crucial. Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of small-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

Collaborate with team members to plan and manage project timelines and deliverables

Utilize database and EO/IR systems to monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments

Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including project team members, clients, and senior management.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally

Assist in the planning and execution of post-production releases, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption

Utilize expertise in Property Casualty Insurance to inform decision-making and project strategies

Apply knowledge of merger integration to ensure seamless transitions during project mergers

Participate in Release Planning and Release Process to ensure efficient project outcomes

Continually seek opportunities to expand skill set and knowledge in the industry

Requirements

Qualifications:

Must have proficiency in database management and manipulation

Experience with EO/IR systems is essential

Knowledge and experience with 'About Time' software is a requirement

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial

Must possess outstanding customer service skills and experience

Experience with merger integration processes is required

Ability to effectively plan and manage software releases

Familiarity with the release process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating

Knowledge and experience in Property Casualty Insurance is beneficial

Must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required

Must be a team player with the ability to work independently when needed

Should have problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project-related issues
