- Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and clients while facilitating development of a completed and successful solution. Excellent problem-solving skills in a distributed, multi-technology ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of concurrency, distributed systems development, and performance optimization.
- Hands on experience as a software engineer.
- Demonstrated experience as a technical lead responsible for designing & implementing complex solutions.
- Highly proficient coding in Java.
- RESTful Web service development.
- Hands on AWS experience (Added advantage).
- Solid relational database experience, ideally with Oracle PL SQL.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- CI/CD & container experience: Jenkins, Udeploy, Docker or similar tools.
- Architectural acumen and the ability to help define and drive a technical roadmap.
