Junior Account Representative

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team. As a Junior Account Representative, you will support the management of client accounts, assist with onboarding, monitor project progress, and ensure clients receive exceptional service at all stages.ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing and nurturing client accounts to maintain long-term business relationships.Support the preparation and delivery of presentations, proposals, and account updates.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and accurately.Monitor project timelines and ensure key deliverables are completed.Conduct follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.Maintain detailed records of account activities and client communications.Contribute to the development of account strategies and improvement initiatives.
