Job Title: Pharmacy TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role involves assisting in the dispensing of medication, managing inventory, and ensuring the accurate and timely shipping of orders. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and previous experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably in a retail or mail order setting.Responsibilities

Assist in dispensing medication by printing pick tickets, locating corresponding drugs/supplies, and inputting correct quantities, lot numbers, and NDCs into computer software.

Manage all aspects of inventory, including receiving drugs from suppliers, unpacking, sorting, and inputting them into the computer system.

Ensure that drugs and supplies are shelved correctly and orderly.

Assist in shipping by using appropriate packaging for refrigerated or ambient medications, restocking gel packs, and coolers.

Maintain high accuracy in order receiving, picking, and shipping.

Collaborate with team members and assist others in the department whenever needed.

Ensure proper rotation of drugs to prevent expiration or aging, and correctly input lot numbers and expiration dates during receiving.

Place orders on time to maintain inventory levels.

Essential Skills

Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) certification.

Strong computer skills.

Experience in fulfillment and inventory management.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or mail order pharmacy setting.

Strong organizational skills.

Work EnvironmentThis is an onsite position with working hours from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. The first day includes a company orientation, a facility tour, and an introduction to the workstations.
