Job Description
SNI Technology is currently seeking a Coordinator that will assist our client in recruiting efforts over the course of the next 3 months with bulk recruiting needs. There is the possibility of the contract being extended beyond the end of 2021. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in providing administrative support within and HR team and/or providing support to talent acquisition efforts. Our client offers a laid back, casual environment with the ability to work partially remotely once you've been ramped up. Please note: Only candidates who are currently in market will be considered. Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screen Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Rate: $19-$21/HR depending on experience Responsibilities:- Assist in the creation of job postings and advertisements/marketing development
- Pre-screening candidates
- Collaborating with hiring managers to gather hiring requirements
- Provide candidate side onboarding assistance
- Interview scheduling
- Help maintain compliance with OFCCP/AAP and EEOC
- Bachelors Degree highly preferred, or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of HR experience, preferable related to talent acquisitions
- Strong experience in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Be a highly organized and courteous individual.
- Must be able to successfully complete level 2 background check and a drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation
