Job Description: Provide senior level mentorship and expertise in platform perception and localization, systems automation and autonomous operations, human-machine teaming, machinemachine collaboration/teaming, hardware and software architectures, remote sensing, software safety and airworthiness, systems test and evaluation, and Joint Interoperability to ensure government uncrewed systems product functionally meets Stakeholder Requirements within the expected environment(s).Job Duties Include (but not limited to): Directly report to the Government Leadership regarding product life cycle, annual budget preparations, project funding and execution. Direct the day-to-day operations of the Autonomy and Interoperability product development and project team and prioritizes work to be executed in coordination with the Government. Generate technical requirements based on Stakeholder operational requirements and user feedback. Write user stories and manage a continuously updated backlog. Coordinate with Stakeholders, DoD and Other Government Agencies, and Industry partners, to bring in best of breed technology to solve operational and technical challenges. Support the integration of Uncrewed Systems Autonomy Integration products onto/into Stakeholder Platforms. Support the investigation, analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, testing, or evaluation of equipment, systems, processes, or procedures. Review and prepare technical analysis reports and other documentation. Communicate the vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog to different audiences with a tailored message. Work with other teams within a well-defined portfolio to deliver cross-product valueQualifications Required Skills & Experience:

In-depth knowledge of Unified Command structure, joint doctrine, and joint policies pertaining to uncrewed autonomous systems and capabilities.

Expert knowledge of processes and procedures for using automated tools to plan, support, and execute Special Operations roles for autonomous mission planning.

Ability to develop processes and techniques for UAS/UAV/USV/UxS integration and operations which enhance the mission planning environment and reduces the autonomous workloads by surrounding capable systems.

Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. 

Desired Skills:

A solid understanding of overall business functions and the impact of technical decisions on business results. 

Recognized Subject Matter Expert in the areas of autonomous systems interoperability, Artificial Intelligence, uncrewed systems, and machine learning.

Experience serving as a liaison to senior staff/leadership to facilitate timely information transfer and execution decisions.  

Experience with Special Operations Forces elements and headquarters. 

Have strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working within a team and build relationships with customers.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelors degree in relevant engineering field minimum

Masters degree in engineering related field preferred.

Active TS with SCI Eligibility Clearance is REQUIRED
