- Maintains, administers, and installs network servers, services, and applications in accordance with standard Information Technology policies, processes, and procedures or as directed by IT management
- Responds to help requests and performs level two and three diagnostics on network servers, services, and applications
- Performs MS Windows network administration and services such as DHCP, DNS, LDAP
- Monitors network and network devices using SentinelOne, Automate, Perch, O365 monitoring and alerting tools and processes
- Design and implementation of IT projects and major efforts, to include documentation, communication, and coordination of all components
- Assist in the security of business data to ensure the accurate and appropriate use of resources, data, and end-user separation of duties
- Develop required documentation such as workshop agenda, presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities; Identify areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommend solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks
- Provide training and mentoring to other members of the IT team
- Build/enhance overall navigation of system that launch reports, lists of data, or dashboards
- Design and maintain backup and recovery plans, DR/BC plan
- Helps ensure that all provided technology services and solutions meet business needs for reliability, performance, and security
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Windows Server, VMWare, Veeam (or similar backup), and O365 (Office 365)
- Expert level in Office 365 Administration setup, configuration, and administration including security, licensing, monitoring
- Expert with implementing and managing AD (Active Directory) Management Services and Information Rights Management policies
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting
- Experience with Palo Alto or comparable firewall technologies
- Cisco networking equipment is a plus.
