Full -Time Maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities - Must have basic experience in the following areas:
Plumbing - toilet repairs or resets and garbage disposals
Electrical - installation of light fixtures
Carpentry - fix soft floors
Small Appliances - the hotel has refrigerator and microwave units
Painting and Drywall - must be able to paint and repair drywall
AC - must have a basic understanding of how to clean and service PTAC units.
The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain the guest suites and perform on-going maintenance to ensure all items in the suite are in good working order and meet the hotel's Standards.
All Candidates must have the following abilities:
Bend at the waist
Reach over the head
Stand for long periods of time
Move and install appliances
Climb ladders
