Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team! If you're passionate about food and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment — and love the idea of having your evenings and weekends free — this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute opening and closing procedures of daily café operations
Receive, handle, store, and rotate food products properly
Set up and stock line stations with necessary supplies for daily service
Follow recipes accurately while maintaining high-quality food prep standards
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all back-of-house areas
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen
Experience with sushi prep and rolling
Knowledge of health department standards and safe food handling practices
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills with a “customer-first” mindset
Creative, self-motivated, and professional team player
Ability to multitask and stay efficient under pressure
