DUTIES:
-Greet and sear customers
-Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
-Deliver food and beverages to table
-Enter orders into the POS system
-Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout their dining experience
-Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
-Process payments and provide accurate change to customers
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
EXPERIENCE:
-Previous server experience
-Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environment
-Basic understanding of food prep and presentation
