CAREGIVERS / COMPANIONS NEEDED – Palm Harbor, Clearwater, St. Pete, Riverview (Flexible Hours)
We are hiring caring, reliable caregivers/companions to support individuals with developmental disabilities. All clients enjoy being active in the community and benefit from patient, friendly support to help build independence.
PALM HARBOR – Adult Male (Autism & Epilepsy)
Verbal with limited communication
Needs supervision during community outings
Assist with routines and encourage activities
Flexible schedule (a few days per week)
CLEARWATER – 26-Year-Old Verbal Client
Enjoys movies, bowling, bingo, YMCA
Wants to learn basketball, take walks, and grow independence
Looking for a companion/friend for community outings
ST. PETE – 19-Year-Old Male
Flexible weekday hours
Wednesday: 4pm–8pm
Saturday Schedule:
9:00–10:30am – Special needs baseball
11:00am–1:00pm – Bowling
1:00–2:00pm – Lunch
Sunday: 5 hours (flexible)
Loves bowling, movies, going out to eat
Caregiver must have a car
RIVERVIEW – MULTIPLE CASES AVAILABLE
1) 30-Hour Case - (Caregiver must be bilingual English and Spanish speaking)
Community outings, independent living skills, safety skills
Enjoys Park, mall, and staying active
Schedule:
Mon–Fri: 4pm–9pm
Saturday: 9am–2pm
Mom is flexible with times
2) Companion Case – 4 Hours/Week
Simple companion support in the community
Very flexible schedule
3) Companion Case – 10 Hours/Week (Weekends Only)
Weekend companion support
Community outings and social activities
REQUIREMENTS (All Cases)
Must pass Level 2 background screening
Experience with Autism, Epilepsy, or Down Syndrome is a plus
Must be patient, dependable, and comfortable in community settings
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
