Looking for a compassionate and kind caregiver to live-in with my elderly father. He is 80 years old, suffers from multiple mini-strokes, moderate dementia and a form of blood cancer similar to Leukemia. CNA or some form of skilled nursing ideal but not necessary. Must be willing to assist with toileting, hygiene and medication management. Cooking, cleaning and driving are a must. Will use my dad's car when transporting him to appointments. Part-time caregiver is currently working on-site and will be maintained to relieve the live-in during agreed upon days, 2 days a week. Must be clean, willing to communicate regularly with myself regarding my dad's needs and status.
Non-smoker required.
Clean driving record and background check will be conducted.
Must speak english, second language OK.
Private bedroom and bathroom part of job compensation.
Agrees to move out upon job completion, but move-out date flexible based on circumstances and new employment.
