Established Real Estate Developer seeks Carpenter/Handyman to join our team of high quality remodelers of high end manufactured homes. The right candidate will always come to work on time, have reliable transportation, most basic tools, be able to pass a background check, and be looking for permanent, steady work 40 hours per week. Projects are mostly in north St Petersburg.
Demonstrated Experience/Skills in:
-High quality general carpentry and finish skills
-Bathroom renovations including new wall and floor tile
-Installing doors, windows, and trim
-Installing kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities
-Installing LVT planks and laminate flooring
-Installing baseboards
-Installing/repairing Drywall, tape, mud
-Installing vinyl siding
-Light to moderate plumbing
-Light to moderate electrical
-Quality painting
Hourly rate depending on experience/skills
