We are searching for an experienced cleaner/cleaners to join our team. (part time)
We have two offices in Lutz that we are looking to hire for immediately. The offices need to be cleaned on Monday, Wednesday & Friday evenings. Cleaning in Lutz will include 2 buildings each night. We also have several buildings in Tampa that we are looking to get covered. Can be a job for one person or can split and hire one for Lutz and one for Tampa.

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria
Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation.
Be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be comfortable speaking with clients, if needed.
Self starter, who takes pride in their work.
Reliable.
Team player (willing to cover another building/route if needed).
Possess a smart phone.
Able to communicate with clients in an effective, polite manner.
Looking for pleasant individuals with positive attitudes.
Job duties will include cleaning offices. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to cleaning & sanitize bathrooms, kitchens/breakrooms, dusting, vacuum & mop floors, remove trash, clean glass etc
Payroll is twice per month on the 16th and the first day of the month.
Attention to detail is extremely important.
