Experienced Lawn Maintenancere Crew Lead

We are looking for an Experienced Person to be a Crew Lead, and also looking for a One other person with experence to develope into a crew lead. This person has to be a team player , this is someone who is working in the last year for a lawn service. Drivers license would be a must for a crew lead and a plus for the team member with the ability to drive the truck if needed. Crews are of 2 or 3 People depending on size of route. Must have 3minimum years experience in recent lawn service to apply. Must have a fast work pace and able to tolerate the summer heat. Must get along with others. Must be efficent with an edger, whip and blower used to maintain lawns. Work is Monday - Friday, Saturday if Rain outs but usually never happens.
