I am a real estate investor who fix and flip properties looking for an experienced crew (to work on regular basis, preferably full time with me) and handle the entire project from top to bottom. The ideal team should be skilled in:
Flooring
Bathrooms
Drywall
Painting
Carpentry
Demolition
Additionally, expertise in electrical work and plumbing is highly desirable.
All projects are located within close driving distance from Tampa, Lakeland, and Ocala. Candidates must have their own tools and reliable transportation.
