Qualifications:
-Capability to handle equipment weighing up to 100 pounds
-Comfortable working on roofs and scaling ladders confidently
-Equipped with a tool belt and essential hand tools
-Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a drive for growth
-Positive demeanor and eager attitude toward learning
-Valid Driver's License (Required)
-Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
-Occasional out-of-town travel may be necessary
