This is a full time position cleaning70+ pools, tight route with potential for more growth in the Land O' Lakes/Lutz/Wesley Chapel area. You will be handling 90-95% SCREENED in pools.
MUST HAVE previous pool maintenance experience for consideration
As a pool technician, you will be responsible for performing regular maintenance tasks on swimming pools, including cleaning, chemical treatments, and equipment inspections.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Clean and maintain pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and scrubbing
Perform regular filter cleaning and backwashes
Test and balance pool chemicals to ensure water quality and safety
Inspect and maintain pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters
Identify any equipment issues
Requirements:
Prior pool maintenance experience
MUST have a valid driver's license
MUST have reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check, driver's license check and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical labor, including crouching, kneeling, twisting, turning, bending, and reaching
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to utilize pool app software
Good communication and customer service skills
Compensation: Starting at $750-850/week, with potential for bonuses and higher pay based on skill level.
