Maintenance Supervisor

In coordination with the property manager, the maintenance supervisor oversees the maintenance of the recreational facilities and grounds of a luxury waterfront condominium community. This is a hands-on position meaning the supervisor is required to perform duties including: table and chair setups for activities and meetings; handyman level services including electrical, plumbing, and painting; and be on call for emergency repairs after hours. The maintenance supervisor must be dependable, a hard worker, and prefer a non-smoker. Must have own transportation, preferably one that can pick up maintenance supplies as needed. Starting salary is $22.00 per hour, benefits, Paid time off, 401k.
