The opportunity for an EXPERIENCED ESTABLISHED CLEANING SUBCONTRACTOR is serious.
We will be interviewing on-site. This account will pay $900 per month for 3X per week service.
This is a newly remodeled office will open in December and may begin service at 1X per week or 2X per week frequency. The pay will be 1X per week service $300. The pay for 2X per week service $600
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY:
1) Must have an established business, LLC or Corporation already formed and active VERIFIABLE on Sunbiz.org
2) You will have FEIN Tax Id number for your business. (Business Tax Id number)
3) You have Workers Compensation Insurance OR Workers Compensation Exemption Certificate
(this costs $0 if you have an existing business)
4) You must have a Driver License
5) You will already have equipment (backpack vacuum and commercial mopping sytem and chemicals and microfiber rags)
