Established Commercial Cleaning company is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage commercial cleaning operation in the Tampa area. Candidate must have previous experience in commercial / janitorial cleaning ,be able to manage work schedules , be able to work a flexible work schedule , be a self starter , have excellent customer services skills , have leadership skills , be a team player , be able to recruit new employees when needed , be able to manage payroll for assigned accounts , and have overall knowledge of janitorial / commercial operations experience is a plus. Candidate must be able to pass a background check prior to being on any properties or sites of portfolio. Also must have reliable transportation. Compensation: $60,000 annual salary
