General Maintenance worker needed to help existing small team — Maintenance & Renovation on multiple rental properties (apartments) near downtown St.Pete.
Position is available for instant start, and the satisfactory applicant will be considered self employed during an initial trial period.
The work is flexible, although we expect Approx. 8 hrs per day (40 hrs. per week).
We pay $22 / hour.
You must have Your Own Transport as there are different work locations (all close together).
Must be capable of working unsupervised as well as with small team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (but not limited to):
Painting
Cleaning, Lifting, Carrying
Basic Plumbing
Carpentry
Drywall
Anything which comes up in the normal course of building maintenance.
Note: We expect Proper Workmanship and Timekeeping
