Property Maintenance Part Time:
We are seeking a new team member to help maintain and clean outdoor areas, buildings, walkways and landscape.
We need someone who can be reliable and efficient, resourceful and work some Saturdays. Property experience required and working outside on the properties all year is part of the position. We provide all tools necessary for the job.
This position requires working quietly around visiting guests and keeping a high standard of finish on landscape, hardscapes and all outdoor amenities. Knowledge of sprinklers, paver repairs, painting and landscaping are needed.
Retired persons OK, this is a PART TIME position with morning shifts during the week and schedule flexibility.
