We are an established manufacturing and wholesale distribution facility located in Clearwater seeking a general grounds maintenance laborer. The general laborer conducts a broad scope of manual labor related work tasks to sustain the safety, appearance, and operational capabilities of all grounds, facilities, and equipment. Workload consists of all duties as assigned pending priorities and are generally outdoors for more than 70% of the workday.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm.
Starting Pay Rate: $17.50/hr. Opportunity for growth. Amazing benefits. Weekly pay.
Responsibilities:
Perform any maintenance related tasks as required by the facilities manager.
Tasks will require the associate to be outside almost 70% of the day.
Landscaping, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work load may apply.
Relatable experience is preferred.
Experience with power tools, yard/field equipment.
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and/or walking/riding with equipment tools outdoors.
Ability to pass a pre employment drug and background screen.
