I am looking for someone who enjoys making HOA's pay for the harm they cause. Unfortunately I do not have a lot of money (can pay a little), I have lost my job and trying to sell my house but due to fraud committed by the HOA I am unable to sell it. They have also been harassing me for about 2 years now to cover up for their actions. Justice must be served.
I am not an expert, but based on the case I say we shoot for $1M and settle for $200-400k.
I will happily pay for the effort to get started, but I would prefer to give a percentage of the proceeds which could be significant.
It is unfair that they get away with harassing and their own members knowing people can't do anything about it.
It's time to fight back.
