Responsibilities
-Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
-Prepare materials for machining, including cutting, deburring, and finishing parts.
-Assist with material handling, delivering, and shipping.
-Assist machinist with setting up and operating machinery (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders, CNC machines).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Basic machine shop knowledge is a plus but will train.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
-Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
-Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
