We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician (Rework & Repair) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing rework and repair on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic components, ensuring compliance with IPC standards. This role requires a strong understanding of surface mount technology and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Soldering Technician will work closely with manufacturing teams to maintain high-quality production standards.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Duties:
- Perform soldering tasks on PCBs, including rework and repair of (SMT) surface mount technology components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to assemble and modify electronic components.
- Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for assembly purposes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues related to electrical wiring and assembly processes.
- Use measuring instruments such as hot air rework stations, and soldering irons, calipers and ohmmeters to verify component specifications during assembly.
Experience:
-Minimum of 3+ years of experience in soldering, particularly in PCB assembly and repair.
-IPC Certification is required.
-Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand and power tools.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks performed.
-Ability to pass an onsite soldering test during the interview process.
-Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
Compensation is starting $21.00-$24.00/hr depending on experience with competitive benefits offered after the standard probationary period.
