Busy Tax Office looking for Secretary to start working IMMEDIATELY.
Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Must have a reliable car and a valid driver's license
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Prepare Tax Return
Help generate customers
Hand-out a advertising flyers and business cards
Set up appointments
Answering phone, fax, emails
Must have filed your personal taxes at least once within the past 3 years
