Looking for an experienced, hands-on property manager for 65-unit apartment building in St. Petersburg.
Job includes:
- Collecting rent (online and in person)
- Posting notices, knocking on doors when needed. Handling evictions.
- Posting ads, showing units, and handling leases
- Doing and coordinating light maintenance
- Write checks, keep spreadsheets, and track expenses
Must have:
- Previous property management experience
- Be self-directed and reliable
