Ron Jon Surf Shop is seeking an Experienced Retail Manager to join our winning team! Applicants must have at least 1-3 years of Retail Management experience. Our store management maintains Ron Jon's high standards of guest service and leadership of team members while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management.

Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of Retail Management experience.
Experience in training and managing a team of six or more employees daily.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive sales and meet performance goals.
Additional Requirements:
18 years or older.
