Galaxy Fireworks is looking for a main IT Tech person. This role is on site only and responsible for supporting the organization's computer system, hardware and software and helping end users with technical issues submitted through the help desk.
Duties and responsibilites ,
Install ,configure, upgrades and troubleshoot problems related to hardware, software, phonesw, and other equipment and systems.
Install and configure Digital Watchdog security system
Trouble shoot Llevel 1 problems related to any aspect of network telecommunications system and PC"S
Diagnose, track, resolve document problems and resolve
Onboard new employees issues equipment and assist with work station setups .
Support end users training related to spam filtering
Offboard employees, retrieve equipment remove licenses and access from IT systems and business applications upon separation
Use internal and external knowledge base and resources to research issues independently , escalate issues outside the technicians level of knowledge .
Advise , train, and assist users on how to utilize systems
Coordinate with outside IT consultants regarding systems and issue's needing resolved
Qualifications
Knowledge of Digital Watchdog security systems
Knowledge of IOS, Apple, I pads, Square software and POS networks
Knowledge of Windows 10/11 systems, Microsoft Office 365 , email and printers
Ability to provide quality customer service and teamwork while managing multiple task and project under competing deadlines.
Strong senses of discretion ,urgency, and confidentiality
Knowledge of IOS, Apple , Square software and POS networks
Ability to monitor and edit website as needed
A knowledge of security systems with substantial number of IT cameras and related networks
May be required to assist in evenings and weekends and travel occasionally .
Will be required to work overtime on the 4th of July and New Years.
