Multifamily property management firm with track record of success is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at a beautiful apartment community in the Saint Petersburg area. Must have a great work ethic and attention to detail and be experienced in property maintenance matters.
Responsibilities Include:
Customer service
All facets of apartment make-ready maintenance
Grounds maintenance
Trouble-shooting HVAC
Completing service requests
Requirements:
Prior apartment make-ready and work-order experience
Light carpentry, plumbing and light electrical skills
Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies
Own tools and transportation
Strong communication skills
