Judkins Construction, Inc. now has an IMMEDIATE opening for an experienced project manager. Company is expanding its work load and presently requires an individual to ASSIST the project coordinator and superintendent with SCHEDULING and MANAGEMENT of a variety of projects ranging from commercial new construction, commercial build-outs, residential new construction, room additions, major and minor remodeling projects and water and fire damage repairs.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Staff and sub-contractor management
Material acquisition and delivery
Inspections, scheduling and documentation
Coordination with other supervisory staff regarding project budgets, scheduling, staffing and other project objectives.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in the residential and/or commercial construction industry with a minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
Valid FL drivers license and clean driving record.
Highly motivated, independent thinking, enthusiastic and ambitious.
Excellent communication skills for customer relations and vendor coordination.
Business is based in Masaryktown (Spring Hill / Brooksville Areas) and works primarily in the nearby counties, including Hernando, Citrus, Pasco, Hillsborough and Pinellas.
Position is a full-time permanent position.
