We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, along with the ability to work independently in the field while ensuring customer satisfaction. You must be able to follow directions and good driving record. Were not looking for helper. You must be able to work alone and be efficient.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential properties.
Routine inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
Perform necessary repairs on heating and cooling systems, including ductwork and plumbing as needed must be able to do drain lines.
Must be 5 star performance on all jobs , Turn in proper paper work daily.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management for truck assigned.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC/R or related fields.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, build, and maintenance practices.
Familiarity with property maintenance tasks related to HVAC equipment.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is a plus but not mandatory.
