Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with a focus on cabinet installation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Lead Cabinet Installer will work closely with clients and team members to deliver exceptional results on every project.
Duties
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate installation
Manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of installations
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks
Perform trim carpentry as needed
Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of cabinets and materials on-site
Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times during installations
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project duration
Skills
Strong experience in cabinet installation and trim carpentry
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
Ability to install crown molding, base, chair rail, wainscoting, wall panel systems, and solid surface. Must be able to field seam solid surface tops.
Minor in field lamination work will be required at times. You must have knowledge and experience with relamination.
