Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager / Foreman to join our team. You'll be the driving force behind the smooth execution of our projects, collaborating closely with our clients, vendors and managers. You will create and manage schedules for a projects and coordinate the work to be completed in the time allotted and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Client relationships from project initiation to completion, ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our manager, sub-contractors, and other staff members to synchronize efforts and achieve excellence.
Project Progress: Monitor project advancement and swiftly adapt schedules to accommodate changes, proactively addressing constraints to maintain alignment with plans and budgets.
Continued Learning: Visit project sites to gain firsthand insights into projects, enhancing your ability to craft efficient and effective schedules.
Must be a hands on type of person, be able to do what you ask your team to do.
Requirements:
Education: Experience in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, equivalent experience will also be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of direct scheduling experience, ideally within the realm of construction or contracting, with a focus on interior remodeling.
