Aircraft Mechanic I/A

Looking for an aircraft mechanic with his A&P and inspection license to maintain a 1962 Aero commander 500B with a shrike conversion. We are not a maintenance shop. This aircraft is to be maintained in meticulous, squawk free, condition for the owner. The aircraft is stored in a 100 foot X 75 foot hanger. Its the only aircraft the hanger. Job duties will be to maintain the aircraft, maintain the hanger, keep the hanger floor clean. Make sure the aircraft is filled with fuel, hydraulic fluid, oil washed and waxed. Be able to perform any and all maintenance of the aircraft. While the aircraft is old, it not a project. The airplane is in fresh annual, but like all older aircraft it is in constant need of TLC. Experience with avionics is a plus, because this aircraft will need a avionics upgrade. Experience with aircraft restoration is a plus and direct experience with the Aero Commander 500 is a huge plus. We are located on the field at KZPH. In most case the work will be less than 40 hours per week.
