Bridge Landscape is a high-end residential landscape installation and gardening service company located in Hobe Sound. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service. We currently have an opening for a full-time Landscape Foreman. Candidate must be detail oriented, have great leadership skills, and be a team player.
Experience is preferred, but not required. We hire for attitude and will train the right candidate.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Excellent attendance (it’s a team effort and we depend on you).
Work well with management and other team members.
Be self-motivated.
Have a positive attitude and professional manner.
Be able to give directions as well as follow directions.
Be respectful of the clients and their residence.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass required background check.
Able to work occasional late hours and Saturdays as needed.
Responsibilities:
Management of Crew- Set up crew on daily schedule, order crew supplies & tools, oversee training & new hires.
Administrative duties- Weekly schedule, daily worksheet information, maintaining records, etc.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
