Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years using a professional polisher. Sanding, compounding, and ceramic coating experience preferred.
- Specialty Skills: Experience working with both clearcoat and gelcoat surfaces, including RVs and boats.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation (not public transportation).
- Willingness to Learn: Open to mastering our methods and maintaining our high-quality standards.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
