Ideal candidate is meticulous and precise detail-oriented trades such as carpentry, trim work, technical or similar trades where craftsmanship and quality of work is critical. Anationalcustom window covering organization has opened a new location in the Wellington, FL location. This is a full-time, W-2, permanent position. YOUR DAY will consist of project coordination from beginning to end, installation of luxury interior window treatments, and handling repairs. Your ability to interact with your clients will propel your success in this position! WHAT WE OFFER Training – 60 days paid training

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Use of company technology and resources to execute installations
Coordinateinstallations from start to finish
Ensure all products have been delivered, are organized, and are ready for installation
Use of CRM resource
Company van provided for use within a 30-mile service radius
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of Handyman/Carpenter/Installation or similar experience preferred
Sales consultation experience
Provide great customer service
Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds overhead
Salary - $46 - $55k, DOE + 2% incentive pay on all revenue you generate through repairs and installationof products
