The DCE also serves as a champion of high reliability through collaboration, communication, and promotion of staff wellbeing, engagement, and resilience.The value you’ll bring to the team:· Pathway and/or Magnet Program Director.oGap analysis to identify organizational needs for Pathway and/or Magnet Designationo Program consultant to executive and frontline teams for implementation of Pathway and Magnet elements of performance.· Shared Governance Coordinator and Executive LiaisonoCoordinate and facilitate Shared Governance Committee (SGC) Meetings and activities.oServe as expert consultant and leadership advisor to shared governance committee for the continuous and robust implementation of Pathway and/or Magnet Program Elements of Performance.· Unit Based Councils and Committees Strategic Initiative and Performance Improvement ConsultantoSupport High Reliability framework by providing expert Performance Improvement (PI) consultation, utilizing evidence-based PI methodologies, to frontline teams at unit-based councils and committees with a focus on promoting professional ownership of practice.This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
