Principal Content ManagementGeneral InformationRef #:20230033373Travel Amount Required:NoneJob Type:Regular-Full TimeLocation:Weston - Florida - United StatesDescription & QualificationsDescriptionThe Content & Knowledge Management Lead will be responsible for driving HR and Learning self-service through content curation and improved user experience. The position will be responsible for the resources that drive engagement strategy of key audiences that span the spectrum of prospective, current, and former employees.This role will have direct oversight of the shared services knowledge technology and will work closely with teams in HR, Learning, Finance, and IT to create a purposeful, integrated, and connected user experience globally.Key Responsibilities: Focus on building and developing content that audiences can relate to and understand, improves user experiences, and ensures these resources are efficient, easy to use, and have the most up-to-date content Detailed understanding of what content & services drive our audiences to use our key resources and incorporate elements into the overall engagement strategy and resource design Perform content curation, keeping UKG’s knowledge bases fresh and relevant Identify content to feature and drive engagement and increase self-service on knowledge management platforms Establish content auditing process and execute a regular cadence of content review, with a focus toward maintaining accurate and relevant material Perform gap analysis and develop a strategy to deliver value-added content that will achieve maximum usage Responsible for search engine optimization to help end users find relevant and meaningful content Establish Governance and ensure scalability for all resources Create a content governance guide that assures concise, consistent and up-to-date information across all resources and regions Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of People team processes, standards, governance, templates and tools Build committees of SMEs that collaborate globally on validating resource strategy, governance guides, and content plans. Establish a set of global and/or regional standards and best practices derived from lessons learned that maximize the value of any future resources Participate in regular enhancement requests and reviews Analyze usage data, traffic patterns, and metrics of systems to quantify redesign decisions Review operations data and engage with operational support to identify FAQ’s and pain-points to drive more meaningful knowledge Run reports and review metrics to establish knowledge trends and drive of self-service Liaise cross functionality with various HR and Learning Partners to establish best practices and drive process improvement access the platform/system contributorsQualifications Bachelor’s degree Experience working with web-based applications, mobile applications and consumer facing web sites and applications 5+ years’ experience in content development Exposure to content management strategy and approach Highly collaborative with ability to influence others and gain commitment to change Ability to counsel colleagues on content standards and guidelines Ability to translate complex business processes into easy to understand end-user documentation and other visuals Experience working with a multi-tiered service delivery model Proven experience showing clear understanding of the intersection between user needs, technology requirements and business goals Critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Good listening skills and patience to work with all types of learners Experience with a knowledge management and ticketing system/case management (ServiceNow, People Assist)Company OverviewHere at UKG, our purpose is people™.
