AECOM’s Water Business Line is actively seeking a Civil Engineer IV. The successful candidate will work with Project Managers and other technical disciplines on all project phases to deliver a variety of water, wastewater, stormwater, and resiliency projects.  AECOM is proud to provide our employees with a variety of exciting, challenging projects locally and worldwide.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited toPlanning, design, permitting, and construction phase services and will include activities focused on design of municipal water/wastewater, stormwater, and resiliency projects.Senior technical resource; may serve as technical advisor for the team.Communicates project tasks between offices – high level of coordination and communication skills required.Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality cost-effective work by others.Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.Prepares technical specification sections.Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.Overseeing construction phase engineering services.Coordination with clients, sub-consultants, regulatory agencies, and members of the public will be necessary to accomplish assigned objectives.
